My living room is my gym. P90X, Insanity: Asylum and soon (I hope) P90X-2... Burned a whole TON of calories and shed close to 20 pounds.

I did the whole 90 days this year myself. I felt great but that pullup bar destroyed my shoulders so now I am healing waiting to start another round but this time mostly doing the yoga cd and lightening up on some of the shoulder stuff.
I Loved it!
(The weight I lose is creeping back though......... )

I feel ya. The last two weeks of December are when I stop going to the gym as much and start going to more holiday parties. I am good all year so I let myself eat, drink, and be merry for those 2 weeks. But the first week of January was full of aches and pains...getting back to normal now

Congrats, but it isn't all peaches and cream .

I have gym trained as an adult a good part of my adult (70years)life and am still training, despite 2 hernias, ripped rotator cuff (shoulder) torn achilles, bursa and spur.........all good fun if you don't weaken.

Still most people think I'm in my mid fifties; I have made some good gym friends and enjoy the spa afterwards.

Used to keep copious records etc, measurements, weights, sets, reps; now I am much more flexible, listen to my body and enjoy.
What we do, re food to our insides is probably more important....
