Easiest to seen

Is there anything you find easier to see auras on than others? As a beginner I was wondering. Does it have to do with your experience level? Or does it really matter? Plants, animals, people is there a difference?

I don't think it has much to do with what you are looking at, though I found trees to be easier for some reason but then I'm a tree person. It has more to do with squinting and thus engaging your peripheral vision. The longer you can go without blinking and squint at the same time will the aura become more visible.

If something is more energetic, it will be easier.

A jacket not worn for months will be yellow-like pale. A bed can be a composition of different vibrant colors, depending on the persons using it.

A plain background can help, for seeing with 'eyes',,,

Just look, don't search for it,,, if anything allow your eayes to completely relax, it will start out as a light around them or it,,,

Once you see this, you will be able to tap into the energy and define colours,,,

The first time I saw an aura took me completely by surprise,,, added to that a guide formed within the aura whom I described and the person confirmed it was a family member,,,

I sat for about an hour just watching it happening first tho,,,

Love and hugs

Jo

I like to look a trees. For one thing, they don't move away. often they have a uniform background of the sky. Trees also don't mind if you stare at them, so that's a plus. I've always had an easy time seeing my own in a mirror, for whatever reason... I've heard of others though where it was the opposite.

It's people for me because I practiced more on it. Once you learn how to see auras, it won't matter whether they are animals, plants, people, or objects.
