third eye opening?
When I close my eyes last night I saw all types of vivid colors with fictional characters I have never seen before. I was even able to make myself see my fictional characters vividly. Although I can't visualize does that mean that my third eye is opening up?

Hi,
I would say that an active 3rd eye(open) would more easily allow these visions you describe.
What are you hoping to accomplish with a more enabled 3rd eye?

I wasn't sleep paralysis and I didn't get any symptoms of ap. I just closed my eyes and saw the blue light and other things forming |

Hi,
The imagination is a factor for refining that skill. Your 3rd eye does not operate in isolation from the rest of your body.
If I may suggest some thing it would be to have imaginary self talk like conversations with your higher self or spiritual guide.
I have a friend who is Very Visual when we do joint meditations.

It does not have to be sleep paralysis for it to happen or have any symptoms. I used to see things, just like you. I was in my body and I knew it was time to get out into the astral so I did. |
