Heart chakra stinging?

I have a question another thread.
I probably should have posted it here instead, but please read it and tell me if you guys think it has anything to do with the heart chakra.

I do have a question though about this. When I first heard my father passed, I didn't feel much just a bit of shock. I got along with my Dad well, but he was also a very angry and rude person a lot of the times. I won't miss that, but I did enjoy his company. However, I have been told that you should be comfortable with death, so I wanted to see his body. When I entered the room I saw his lifeless body. His forehead was cold to the touch and he was simply not there. I held my hands together and just started to cry. It was so odd, because my heart began to sting. It was physical pain in my heart. Has anyone experienced this before? I have cried many times before and I always feel a deep empathy for humanity but, never did my heart sting with pain. What was this?

stinging was probably caused by the energy you formed by your negative emotion (the emotional pain). It probably lodged a small block there which then stung. Think of it as being like when you get a glass splinter in your foot.

The physical body is like a gel and we are like the blob, painful memories, painful experiences, can become trapped in the physical body.

Your heart has not had enough physical release to counterbalance all the extra storing you have been doing on it. Your heart, god bless it, is like, the energizer bunny of hearts. And that weight was so deep, that emotionally you couldn't even process it, so the memory was stored physically.

With that death, those physically stored memories became active and being re-integrated after many years of improper care and negligence caused it to be a very painful integration.
