I am stable at eating mostly whole foods plant based
I cook fresh vegetables and sometimes soya protein.
I also eat tinned fish at home.
I find am eating meat once/twice a week if I go out on the weekends.
I don’t want to obsess over being vegan, and is less stressful being open minded when eating out. I feel I am healthy, and am slowly losing fat, but pretty much stable in total weight. My clothes are much looser etc

I don't enter discussions about Vegan and Vegetarianism simply because it's only in the last millennium or so that human diet has moved away from meat. I don't know how long humanity has existed. A million years perhaps? but it's only recently it's moved away from meat-based.
However, in doing so it seems that life expectancy has increased, thwarted only by the way humans have also polluted the very ecology that supports it.

I am glad for you that your eating regimen is working out.
Don't get too complacent as missing trace nutrients can take years to cause noticeable problems.

Mostly people didn't priorities their diet or health but that should be our first priority. I am glad the writer is having good chance and found his balance diet and for me my ginger tea is the best thing that make me healthy and helps me to be warm and cozy.

At least 250K years, and more, but it will depend on what constitutes 'human'. There's no real fixed point in time where one species ''becomes'' another, genes are passed down and changes occur over generations. So our ancestors of a million years ago could also be considered humanity, though at some point the differences over time and generations become too dissimilar and you do get a species you could no longer have offspring with. At what exact point that is however is hard to pinpoint.
There are no vegan civilizations, it is a modern experiment. I know some will object but I do not believe it is healthy. We need animal fat and protein in our diets for optimizing our health. If veganism was so great then our ancestors wouldn't have hunted or domesticated animals to begin with.
