Perhaps you should have placed it in this section since the rules don't allow any negativity here. It's a serene place.

I am always grateful to still be alive - something I never take for granted.

Yesterday I received good news from my GP concerning results from a health check. The run up to it was looking somewhat sinister (involving my heart) so I was greatly relieved that it transpired to be quite low iron levels! (Responsible for breathlessness and exertion when trying to walk!) I was preparing myself for being homebound so, with a reputable iron supplement, I can look forward to regaining my previous mobility within a few weeks. 😊

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I am glad to be back from another trip to Los Angeles.
That is a 1000 mile trip round trip with 400 more miles added to it as I drove around in circles out there in Los Angeles! LOL!

There is nobody in this world who has had a better life than I.
Not only that, I am the happiest man in the world.
It has always been the case.
And it still is.
Three weeks ago I moved into an old people's home as my strength is coming to an end and it's g o o d.
My secret is that I don't immediately sort things as either good or bad but accept everything as it is.
The overwhelmingly astonishing fact that we all live embedded within this thing we call consciousness is the greatest gift of all.

There is nothing else.

I'll repeat

There is nothing else.
