Advice needed D:
So I recently was attuned about a couple weeks ago, I'm on the latter half of the cleansing cycle, and I realized that Thanksgiving is coming up. :c
Now for the most part, I've been good with my diet...but I'm leery as to how to handle Thanksgiving, and later, Christmas, with all the fixings and stuff. The craving isn't really there, but I don't want to be one of those people who refuse to eat the meat and all the sugar laden stuff...already I'm getting odd reactions when I tell some of my immediate family about my Reiki endeavors.
Maybe really small portions? Or just load up on the mashed potatoes and the green bean casserole? LOL

It's interesting how different Reiki Masters approach their practice with their students. Mine for instance, doesn't require her students to be vegetarian or vegan and to cut out all animal food products - although she is vegan and recommends it. I know a few Reiki Masters who are very good at what they do and still eat meat (although small portions). So my recommendation would be to do whatever makes you comfortable while still making things as least awkward as possible with family members if you're concerned with their reactions ;)

Nah, my Reiki Master didn't make any comment as to what kind of diet and stuff I should follow. He just kind of threw a manual at me, which I read. It had some pretty severe diet restrictions in there.
The manual recommended me to go vegan, and I'm attempting to as I've heard it makes you a 'clearer channel' for Reiki energy to work smoother and more powerfully.
Whether it's true or not I don't know, but it's a great way to lose weight! Anywho, I'll probably try small portions of all the dishes and drink lots of water, do some yoga to clear out my chakras if they're muddled by the sudden dietary switch. Thank you for your input!
