At the hospital, they claim it was a nasty intestinal virus.

That morning, I suspected something was up.

Went to Mexico and as I was being transported by taxi to where I was going, one chap, along the street, was throwing up violently all over a garbage can. About 75/80 minutes later, I was doing the same thing. Fortunately, I had already crossed back into the USA.

When I crossed the border into Mexico about 8:45AM. I was amazed at how long the line was for people waiting to get into the USA. When I wanted to leave Mexico, the line had gotten longer. I was perplexed because it looked like it might take 1-2 days or more to get thru the line but then I noticed, some people appeared to be going to the head of the line without anybody complaining. So I did that. As I got up to the US Customs' building, there were a whole bunch of people that were camped there. After passing by them, I immediately was allowed into Customs.

As I was waiting in line inside Customs, a sniffer dog came up to me and sniffed me but found no drugs. As I was about to leave, the sniffer dog came up to me again and found drugs in a wallet that was in my pocket. What had happened is a Custom agent had approached me before the sniffer dog and put in my pocket a wallet with drugs. They used me to make sure the dog could detect drugs. I did my part. LOL!

When I was in the hospital, they had a lot of people and many of them had norovirus.

After reading your post, I remembered......

Years ago, I took a friend to a buffet. Before I dropped the friend off after eating, The person began experiencing in their front yard the body getting rid of stuff from both 'ends'. As this was going on, I grabbed a garden hose and began washing down 'both ends'....... over and over again.

I now know what my friend was experiencing. LOL!

As Native said , I had a suspicion it was Noravirus.
Not pleasant at all.

Always a worry John when you get carted off to hospital ..

Glad you're ok John. Norovirus is absolutely awful. Last time I had it was in 2010 and my (disabled) son thought the sight of me vomiting was the funniest thing he'd ever seen :( I'd never felt so bad.
