Does anyone who follows Ayurveda have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder?

I am a 100% firm believer that Ayurveda is the best way for humans to improve their health. However, it goes completely against my natural circadian rhythm since I have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder. I have not been able to find a single person who has this disorder who also practices Ayurveda. It is impossible to live by Ayurvedic rules. And it's crushing me. I HATE that I can't follow this health practice because I want to live it fully, I want to teach it, and how can I do this when my own body won't cooperate with it?

Ayurveda, practiced with heart and soul can cure your disorder, I believe, isn't it about a balanced and healthy diet?
Did you try TM (transcendental meditation)?
20 years ago I began doing TM and automatically started following the Ayurveda lifestyle.

Hi AstraeaLunaAvani,

I think you can still practice ayurveda, maybe just try to adapt it to your lifestyle? just a suggestion. The rules are not as important and can be changed from person to person since everyone is different. I love ayurveda and many alternative healing modalities. Wishing you healing <3 Peace and Blessings <3

Did you check if other kneeboard HTML based checklists still work?
e.g. DM-flightsims Comet.

Did you try to load down the new version of IE 8 for XP and Vista 9 for Windows7. Maybe that helps

Walter
