I’ve never just incense before..

Heyy,

I’ve never used incense before. Bad spirits and negative energies all around me. There is white sage incense coming my way, but is there any way to quickly or through some sort of proces or maybe with my hands dissolve all negativity myself?

I'm wondering if salt lines would work. Also black tourmaline is awesome for protection. If you know any pagans or wiccans, the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram should work (I used to be in a Ghost Hunting group and pagan members would use the fancy incense blends like frankincense, dragons blood, and myrrh along with a banishing ritual if the case was bad enough).

These things i know about - add Kyanite, a blue mineral/rock.
Funny, how they don't like salt. Curious.

Personally, my attention to and love of the Divine and knowing the power I/we have is enough to keep the bad juju away from me...
like they would mess with me..right!
That's the kind of strength you have to have ...know who you are.
Get clear and be filled with confidence ...we were not supposed to be these weaklings.
However, fear and weakness are a draw to bad spirits, for sure.
It says in the New Test. put on your armor every day. Find out techniques to deliberately and effectively
do this each morn and night.
You'll be fine, more than fine by finding your inner power.
