That's because you're happy with your current state.
You gave rise to thought though. I never thought of a null affirmation:
I am happy as I am.
You get fairly quick results from it at least.

yeah, what you said, or thinking " all is well." consistently, to allow it to gain momentum, and when positive emotion is there, it confirms the momentum caused by consistency, and thus succesful affirmation, of thinking of that powerful thought with powerful positive energy in motion, and momentum, and emotion, that is powerful positive affirmation. And deliberate creating.

^^^ You sound a little confused there.
What emotion is there in "I'm happy as I am"?
I suppose if one has to keep affirming it, it's insurance either against getting less happy - or about preserving delusion.
I don't know many people happy with being at a standstill - sort of stagnant. It needs no energy (beyond the biological, of course to keep your body alive).
I know a few at a standstill but not particularly happy about it.
