Yesterday I got a VHS tape and a cassette 
VHS: Death With 5 (Its not the original,its recorded in SLP mode I believe..... If I like it,I will look for the official SP tape)
CASSETTE: Moody Blues -Days of future passed
FIRST 1967 RELEASE -- Absolutely goregous!!!!!!
No dolby,straight from the reels.... BEAUTIFUL ANALOGUE SOUND!!! |

I got a VHS tape,record and cassette today
1) RECORD: Dan Hartman - We are the young (Single)
2) CASSETTE: Rolling Stones - Hot rocks
1) VHS: Isle of Wright Festival - 1970 (Promotional copy - not for sale (Ah man!!)) About 2 Hours....
This concert is almost as good as Woodstock 69 (Thats my favourite music event) |

Some of it at thrift stores and A record store I goto..
Im amazed all the early cassettes I have found at this record store... I mean like the doors first album cassette which was released in 1969..
PURE ANALOGUE BEAUTY ON THAT TAPE!! (Straight from the reels (No dolby,etc))

Today I got an 8track
Sha na na - The golden age of rock and roll
THIS IS A CONCERT AND I DIDNT KNOW IT BECAUSE IT DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEING "LIVE" ON THE CARTRIDGE!!

I got a record and 2 8tracks today!
1) 8TRACK: Kiss Alive II Concert (2 tapes in the set)
2) RECORD: Guy - First album
This is the nicest sounding record I have ever had so late!!! (1988)
Def sounds like they left it analogue!!

I last got an 8track tape
Journey - Escape (I also have the record)
This is the first 8track I have had that has Dolby and it doesnt sound too bad.... The level could be louder but the song "Whos crying now?" that has that HARD S on the word "Mystery" sounds better than I have ever heard it!! |
