is this is a sign or synchronicity?

Hi all! :)

I'm not sure if this means anything or if i'm reading too much into nothing. But it spooked me.

So yesterday evening I had one of the moments where I felt sad, and lonely, and ended up going through social media and found my ex, who I was madly deeply in love with from like...2/3 years ago.

Anyway, I got myself into a state and I asked the universe, the angels, all things related to the great Divine for...I dunno, help, strength, a sign that...I'm in the right direction and that Big Love will come my way. So I was looking all day...for like..feathers, or pennies, BIRDS. I saw and heard a lot of birds today, but i thought nothing of it, because nothing else happened instantly.

Anyway, I was going through some photo's of my holiday last summer and clicked on my DropBox, and looked through and just so happend to find pictures of me and my ex. I thought I had deleted these pictures from everywhere i thought I had them... my old phone, my new phone, facebook, my laptop, etc. everywhere.

But when I saw the pictures, I was so shocked, and I really looked at them, I looked happy in the pictures, but when I looked at the picture of him...I didnt feel a single thing...not for him anyway.

I remembered the FEELINGS I had, when I was really happy and in love, but not so much the feelings towards him. I mean i deleted them straight away, but I dont know if this is the universe sending me a message i'm too stupid to work out, or i'm reading too much into it or something, I dunno.

Any Ideas?

To me it sounds like closure? Like maybe those pictures (unbeknownst to you) were the last link in your mind holding on to him. Now that the pictures are discovered, that was the final piece? That's just what I thought off the top of my head. :-)

hmm, but not long after we broke up we did talk about everything and that was my closure, we said everything we needed to and i felt much better, and i hadn't thought of him in a long time until i saw those pictures.

I think that it was a sign. you asked and you received. I just read an article today about goals and how what we are truly seeking is not the goal itself, but the feeling that is attached to it. it sounds to me that you discovered that what you truly want isn't him- it is that feeling. I wish you well :)
