Here are some simple tips to help one connect to your Guide (s)


Connecting to Spirit Guides – Simple Steps

Ask for Help

One of the most simple and effective ways to find and work with your Guide is to simply ask for guidance.

In Your Dreams

In the period before falling asleep and right before you wake up can be one of the best times to make the connection to your Guides (s).

Set your intention for guidance before you fall asleep then make note when you first wake of what happened. (might take a few tries).

Acknowledge Them

Here a simple “Hello” well do since you already know they are there and they know you are there.

Everyday say “Hello Guide (s)

Write them a Letter

In this letter introduce yourself then them anything you feel is important about yourself.

End the letter by asking them for a response. Leave it under your pillow when you sleep or with a favorite crystal or object.

Leave them a Gift

Leave them something on a window sill, or book case. Here again till them about your intentions. Items can be a candle or a flower, crystal ect.

Give them a Name

It’s a human thing we do but it opens the brains pathways. It creates that relationship with a name.

Free Writing

This is were your journal or diary comes into play. Start with “hello” then freely put down what ever comes to your thoughts without forcing it.

Ask for a Sign

It is important here when asking your question you are open to what comes in reply.

Remember that not all messages will be oral you have to look around for signs, billboards, songs, numbers, even at times craving a certain food.

Inner Knowing

This is intuition and we all have it within us. The more we open to use it the stronger we have it with us. Think of it like a gym work out exercise it.

Pay Attention

Take note of your intuition, the words that pop up out of nowhere or a message from a dream you have. Look for what might not seem logical at the time for the messages.
