I had been told a few times by people who really knew somebody who looks like me - but none of them I met yet since I was young.
The most obvious one is a model on one of the campus's billboard advertisements, even friends swears it's me and most people in town look at me and instantly give me the look of familiarity which I just assumed must have something to do it.
So, physically, yes there are some people who do.
IN PROPRIA PERSONA, I do not think so. We all have aquired tastes in flavors, fashion, class, etc. and different gait, manners, intonations, etc.
