Pressure pulses in my right ear every night at 11PM
For weeks now, every night at 11PM, I start feeling pressure pulses in my right ear. They last for 10-20 minutes. Have you hear about such thing?

It could be caused by high blood pressure.

What inavalan said.
In my case i had (still have) strong pressure pulses all over the head-body.
If you suspect it's energetic,then look for kundalini symptoms.
Any number patterns?(11:11)etc.

In my case it only happens when I am located in a certain point of the house and oriented west at around 11 PM at night. Does not seem to follow my heart pulse and it seems to change frequency while it happens. It is only happen in the right ear. I have tinnitus in both ears but this pulse only happens in my right ear. Even now as I type it started at 10:59 PM. But you might be right could be a very disciplined medical condition.

Face south.
East and west second.
Either work with 'Feng-Shui',Or find what energy point directions work for you.
