Feeling when felt fully
Is like an upsurge, when strong
Subtle, it’s softer, a quiet little song
Shifting and shaking
Splendidly doing its thing
Where do you wander?
When this song starts to sing?

Are you dropping right down
From your head to your core
Deep in your belly
There lays the door
To feel everything fully
Not run, seek or hide

Simply in these moments
Be still, feel it’s rise
Feel it’s presence
Feels it’s momentum
It’s touch deep inside

It may circle and weave
In a glorious dance
Playing songs over and over
Just give it a chance!

Watch and let your body
Do what it does
Feel it’s complete fullness
Until it settles
Like a dove

Cooing in vibration
To the moment
Of love ..


Settled and nestled
Where your clear as a day
