Dear ones, release everything that holds you back from your deepest truth.

Examine the depths of the soul and let go of what cannot serve the whole.

Every decision is guided if one is willing to listen to that inner voice. Live

your lives as if you are living your last day; that would be with deep insight

and wisdom for one finds the deepest truths when life is understood as short.

This takes practice and a willingness to let go of what bogs you down. Be

patient with yourselves, spiritual growth is a process of letting go and when

you are ready the opportunities will come that fulfill your deepest love and

support your willingness to continued expansion. You are each fulfilled in a

specific way. All service to the infinite is important and one need only be

open and ready to hear. In everything you do you are never alone, because

all of life is supported by the infinite, your every attempt to rise above the

mundane is recognized. Therefore always be ready to recognize the greater

will within, for it too speaks to you when you are open and willing to

understand the deeper meaning in all of life. Your inner growth always leaves

room for joy; as you expand your deepest spiritual desire will always be

accompanied by peace and fulfillment. You are each a part of creation and

are fully appreciated and loved. Keep your hearts open and ready to hear

your deepest inner voice, all are moving toward a more peaceful existence as

the lesser is released by surrender to the inner light. Your fulfillment comes

in letting go of the old ways of struggle and hardship. In truth, life is a

journey of change. Just as you surrender old clothing that no longer fits and

acquire new garments, you are doing a similar exchange as you expand

spiritually. There is no need to hang onto the past, for the moment is where

life is truly lived and if you are still clinging to what is soiled and needs

release then listen to that, and release those things that keep you trapped in

the past. Renewal is your choice and when you examine your past and then

let it go, it leaves room to expand into the present moment and experience

fully the infinite now. Look back and examine the lessons, while also letting

go of any regrets; life is a progression of change and you need not get stuck

in the details. Look at the lesson and move on. Holding onto the past will

only hinder your continued progress toward being the perfection you have

always been, yet have temporarily put aside as you progress on your path.

Dear ones, be patient with yourselves and each other, all are living truth

within, and learning to accept that truth. Some choose a more difficult path

but all are moving forward even though one may not recognize it at first.

Nothing is lost, everything is a lesson and instead of dwelling in the difficulty

look to the wisdom gained in every opportunity. This is the true balance and

it will help you to ever move forward with a clean slate. Remember to always

be kind to yourselves and each other, in truth you are one. Jeshua

Dear ones, take time every day to be in stillness, heal the mind of transient

thoughts and give this time to the inner light. When you take time to

connect with your inner self, you are touched by a higher note and this

carries one to a greater wisdom which waits to be acknowledged. Every step

you take toward your inner self is rewarded with increased peace and

tranquility. For in doing so, you are moving beyond the lower chakras up to

greater acknowledgement of your true self. Because you are infinite being, it

is wise to connect with what is your inner truth, which speaks to you in a

gentle voice, not so much in words but in feeling. You are challenged to touch

into the inner silence that is your true place, a place that encourages you to

be fully cognizant of your inner grace that ever shines forth into the world.

You are all given the tools to connect and hold that sweet mystery within

your heart. As with all things, practice makes perfect, so do not get

discouraged in your first attempts but rather persist in making that

connection a permanent stable point of connection. When you touch your

inner depth, a calm will settle over you and every moment holds the ability

to unfold that inner grace that purifies the heart and mind. Find a place

where you can sit in solitude and make this connection. If you are willing,

there will always be a time made to reconnect, even if it is before you drift off

into sleep, take time to touch your heart and give it an opportunity to open.

Even a few minutes of deep reverence and intent to connect are worthwhile.

Yet you will find as you continue to do so, time will be made available to you,

if it be your will to take it further. Once in the heart, the mind stills and a

sweet composure settles upon you, that is the inner light which will always

respond to sincere intent. You will find that this deep connection then

becomes something you desire to continue, for in touching the infinite one is

rewarded with inner peace and joy. Enter softly, with a peaceful presence;

you can get to this by prayer or chanting. If possible go out into nature where

the soul more easily is touched in a natural setting. It is most important to

make this connection for it holds you in contentment and calm. This dear

ones, is your true place, here you are held in your deeper essence. Finally

you can put aside those things that have brought imbalance to the mind and

release them. It is a process as you go deeper within where

these things of unbalance are no longer welcome. Dear ones, you are your

own protection, for in these deeper states of being you are held by the

infinite, which has always been there, yet now your awareness includes that

knowing and brings profound peace. The power of love is in each of you and

it has always been so. Take then, the road that brings you back to your true

self where the divine waits in infinite love and patience. Jeshua

Dear ones, take a deeper look at your lives and know that sometimes what

you feel is an injustice is but another lesson not yet learned. If you approach

life in this manner you will gain wisdom and understanding of why things

appear to happen to you. Every circumstance is a glaring insight if you look

at it with wisdom. Nothing comes of its own, it is all invited by you, that you

may realize that everything is given for a purpose. When this understanding

dawns, one has a wider view of the world and all who share in its light. You

cannot always see the reason but if you look deeply at every circumstance

with an open mind, the play becomes transparent and in this you are able to

make changes that turn the situation around. It takes watching the self in

every moment to become aware of why things "seem" to happen to you.

There is no truth in things just happening if you carefully examine your

actions, it will be revealed to you what it is you have refused to learn. It is

that simple; there is never room for blame, blame will only hold one back

from greater growth, thus awareness. Be proactive in your lives and always

watching the self for why you react and what those triggers may be. Truly

your lives are in divine order whether you realize it or not. I promise if you

take the lessons seriously you will gain wisdom and life will simplify. Your

encounters will become joyful rather than fearful. The hard work must be

done at some point, but dear ones the hard work also becomes a blessing in

disguise, when at last you "get it" and move through life with grace and

gratitude for the lessons revealed and learned. It is the viewpoint one

chooses that makes life hard or easy. Joy is your true nature and you can

take the long road or the short road, the rough road or the smooth road.

Dear ones it is always up to you to decide that. When you allow yourselves

to see beyond duality and choose the path of unity, kindness will reward you,

for you attract exactly what you put out. There is no harshness meant in

this, it is simply a fact of life; we are the ones who choose how it shall play

out and we quickly learn that love brings greater reward than anger and

blame. Your gentleness is with you and it calls to your awareness, so that all

can receive what is good and loving, for it is given to all. Learn to see the

true self in others and within yourselves. The true self will never mislead you;

it is the ego that complicates what should be simple. Do unto others as you

would have others do to unto you, always bears repeating until it becomes
