Hello, yes, I believe Angels exist and they are around us. I found that believing in them helps with the connection.

Probably. But I must say...you, yourself can address them.  And when praying
or talking to whomever it is of your choice...it is part of a healing process all on its own!
Your own heart and sincerely and need being expressed is healing.
Better than keeping the issue bottled up, ya know?

MOST POWERFUL ANGEL
A person might want to call upon God's Angel for help as mentioned in Exodus 14:19.
It reads:
And the angel of God, which went before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:

Yes you can ask the angels for help but he must thank them as well and if you and if the angels can help you and it does work and it does help he must double thunk them as well because I do
Every day I talked my angels and I say please and thank you but you can't always get everything you want but just keep an asking they will help you even say please and thank you

In the Bible, it appears some Angels appeared as human and some..... might have been human. I have personally met some of the later.
