As we're the hospitals ....

Does anyone remember when you could smoke in your hospital bed ???

And solicitors would smoke in court as they were questioning a witness. Even the judges smoked lol

Remember going to the hospital and people were smoking up a storm in the waiting room.

I remember the days of leaded gas that was around .25 a gal. I think it .35 when I got my license. I remember the days before the net . It was mostly dial up b b s boards .

I can't remember people smoking in hospital beds, but it's certainly something my family would have done.
I do remember being able to buy cigarettes for my parents when I was young.
They would give me the money to get them.
I would have been about 10-15 years old then.

I remember the days when you got a. 19 inch RCA/Zenith with 40 vacuum tubes and you were happy.

gemma, they also had dial channel finders, I remember my parents turning a dial round to find the tv channel.
Also tv's had 4 legs to stand on !!

or they were so heavy you put them on a table or cabinet. Other thing about that though is there were only a handful of channels to choose from so there wasn't constantly a need to be skittering around from here to there...

I remember the days when the t v stations signed off at night with hight flight then back on a few hours later. I will post a high flight video when I am on my pc .
