Hello Everyone!
Hi there,
I'm 23 and just trying to find some grounding in this crazy thing we call life. I've had a few instances of loss in the last couple of years that have for a lack of better words knocked me off my feet. I've lost my connections to the world and the energies that surround us. I'm trying to find my way back. Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm working from the ground up right now. Happy to be here and thankful for everyone here!

Hello,
My advice would be to take small steps. Don’t beat yourself up if that’s a step backwards at times either! Your loved ones are still with you, it’s just a bit more challenging to hear them now.
