how you can see chakras

It's easier to feel them, they're a part of your body, it's the first spiritual sense we have, clairvoyance relates to the sixth chakra and so is not much to do with the physical body at all.

Now that i think about it, it was red,yellow and green.
I think those are the chakras that were open.

Using colours can be handy. Tune in to any one chakra, give it a colour and fill it up with that. Visualize the chakra as you like, a funnel, a circle, whatever, fill it with the colour. You can do that any way you like too, maybe the colour simply appears, maybe you wish to paint it with a brush, throw a bucket of paint in that colour in it (visualizing of course). Find your own way.
Then see if the entire chakra is coloured, or are there dark patches, gray areas, places where the colour doesn't seem to stick?
This is normal, as no ones chakras are really 100% clear/clean, we all pick up stuff every day, and most still have blockages etc, which are those dark/grey/misty areas.
Start cleaning those areas. Ground that chakra first (simply connect it to your grounding at the base of your spine). Choose whatever you wish, scrubbing, a vacuum cleaner, a high pressure cleaner etc etc. Let the 'dirt' disappear through the grounding. If need be, set some suction on that so it gets sucked out.
If you do this with problem chakras, but preferably with all your chakras a few times, starting at the root, working up to the crown, you will cleanse them and make it easier for them to stay open and fully activated. Just work on it, get rid of the 'dirt', layer by layer. Know that you often can not get 'dirt' off in one go. It's like peeling an onion. A layer at the time. And sometimes you get a chunk in one go. Just know it takes time.
Cleansing your chakras is really the only way to get them to work properly and to open up fully.

As for the throat; if you've worked with the throat more often, it is best to use every colour of blue on it. Breathe it in. The voice is a very multi-faceted instrument, so just one colour of blue is not enough to heal and cleanse it or work with it. Unless you feel a specific colour is needed. I've had that with indigo, the indigo you get when you dye cotton, which is more like electric blue, for a while. Then you can use that colour, because you obviously need it, bad.
Otherwise try using the full spectrum of a colour. THat goes for each chakra btw. But since most ppl have severe traumas and problems with the throat, often due to beheading, hangings etc., it is esp important for the throat chakra to use the full spectrum of blue.

Wow about the throat chakra makes allot of sense.I have problems with that chakra but i cant say fore sure its because of that, could be problems this lifetime who knows.
