Sometimes we look so hard that we miss it. You have felt your chakras before but you didn't realize it. What we are looking for is so subtle that we need to learn where to find it.
Keep meditating. Do some chakra guided meditations. sometimes we need to do it a specific way in order to initially find them. There are countless techniques out there.
