Oh, thank you, Oliviasang (love, love the name Olivia by the way, it's such a beautiful name) My daughter works for a 5 star inn and they purchase them in bulk, so she got me one for $20 :-) But yeah, a friend of mine got me the Paul Newmann (Newmann's Own)? coffee and it was $40 a box!

Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.

so if one drinks organic coffee... this can help knee or joint pains ?

interesting on the coffee and pot roast, I have heard of people putting coke or pepsi in the crockpot with the roast and say the meat turns out very tender ~ yes, I know, neither of those drinks are very healthy

Yes, and for a better demonstration - drink Caffix or Pero for a month - then go back to coffee and watch your knee pain return.

Don't believe me - I say try it for yourself. I've been in this biz for 30 years.
Plus, take your mineral support for your joints, ligaments etc.
Manganese is excellent, drink plenty of fluids...warm up before any exercise...
When you use coke in a roast it's different because of the sweetnesss...yum.

I am not a regular coffee drinker, just a cup now and then, usually in the fall and winter ... I just thought if drinking organic coffee might help with a few pains, I might have a cup or two more often.

Has anyone here tried putting organic butter in their coffee with MCT oil for weightloss?
2 tablespoons of each in a blender, it's actually not bad.
