Simple meditation for mind clarity
I was experimenting with the meditation for years and found that most simple meditation is deap breathing in siting pose with arms in 🙏 praying position. Just focusing on breathing and taking the stance of observer not analysing thoughts just letting them to naturally flow.
When I am close to deep meditation state I notice that fluid from my mouth start to increase and that negative thoughts come to surface of my mind from collective consciousness. Than after that I am in peace and stillness. I am doing that meditation twice a day early in morning and in evening and found that I am more focused, concentrated and happy with more mind clarity.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

Meditation must become discipline for optimal function of mind and body. There was times when I was not doing Meditation not yet built discipline in that field of practice. I was functioning on low performance poor concentration and cannot smile even if something is comical. When I started to meditate in this simple way I found that happiness become my natural state and many more benefits occurred.

Great, Julius! What you posted reminds me of a dialogue between a neophyte and his teacher.
Neophyte: How’ll I know if I’m progressing well on the path or not?
Teacher: When you laugh spontaneously at what used to cause anxiety earlier, then you are!

At that time when I was lived-in my mother country it was hard to find meditation teachers so I was left to done research on my own and practice. Later when I moved to Germany with my family I found that this meditation technique suits me better and that I can consistently practice every day twice for my own good. Twenty minutes in early morning and same thing in evening.
