There is no purification from what I have seen let alone a purification process. How did you come up with that?

How many healings have you performed on others and did they all entail pain?

The process of healing is a purification process... and it gets uncomfortable as people near their limitations, but the problem isn't the discomfort or the pleasure: its the reactive mind liking and disliking. How neutral minded you can be determines how deep it goes and how much can come through.

None.

The OP said they had some painful experience that might be related to the healing, and I understand how physical sensations including pain are natural manifestations of psychological issues that surface during the purification. Usually the body hurts somewhere, or feels blocked and dense or something, which is manifest of or connected with the emotional content.

Spiritual Healing isn't my speciality and it would need a healer to properly explain what's involved. The principle, however, is that a so-called healer is simply the conduit for healing energy from the spirit dimensions.

Healing takes place first at the soul/spirit level of the recipient and in turn that 'feeds through' to benefit the physical body. The energy may effect a complete or partial cure or it may provide a permanent or transient freedom from a painful condition or help mental/emotional issues.

I am not aware of spirit healing help ever causing pain or discomfort. I'm shocked to hear that being reported as something expected or acceptable.

what healing modality are you talking about?

Someone once said to me that the worst curse you could put on someone was to ask that they become completely realized or enlightenment in less than a day.

And that person was a healer.

I'm just talking about the healing process over all, but I think energy healers would probably understand what I'm saying.
