And Lynn a friend who is recovering from the post- covid pains told me that meassages, done the traditional way, really help.
The herb ashwagandha and giloy might also work.

What I have learned and continue to learn is life changing. I got a call from the surgeon that stated if I had not got diagonosed and had the stone removed I would have been "dead" from renal failure within 6 months. He was shocked by the system that did not do an xray (as the stone was more than large enough to show up ) or a CT Scan when I presented some 8 times in the ER with pain. Being told it was "Covid Crisis Times" or that I was simply "large and inactive". He noted in his report that while I was a larger woman presenting in pain a simple look at the muscle mass on my legs and the lack of "wings" on my upper arms and a solid bottom would soon let any Dr or nurse know I was physically active and fit.

He was outraged by the treatment I received and feels that I have "Long Haul Covid 19" so life will be a struggle going forwards for me. I too will not let this define whom I am in life.

Long Haul Covid 19

Extreme Fatigue
Loss of taste and smell
Joint Pain
Brain Fog
Anxiety

I have a lot of this going on.

I have a friend that claims she probably has the Long Covid so I can feel some of what you went thru.
All I can say is what my Mother would say "We can get thru this..........."
I wish you and my friend the best and will keep both of you in my prayers.

I know someone who is diagnosed with long covid. It is very tough on her.
