What songs do you Go to sleep to?

Lenka is such a great singer, she always sings me to sleep. Love her voice! But there are so many out there good for doing that. Al Stewart;s "Merlin's Time" is one that comes to mind.

Moby - My Weakness

Loved the song ever since I saw it on X-files.

Massive Attack - Teardrop

There are also a few mantras I occasionally will have on while I sleep..

Hmm.. not really songs. I like natural sounds before sleep.

Such as...

Similar reply to another thread I just responded to: EVA Instrumental by Heights of Abraham, and the State Azure remix of Love on a Real Train (originally by Tangerine Dream).

I usually listen to a classical station when I goto bed...

I would love finding some good analogue beaitiful music but I only have that on cassette and 8track and I dont have a player easily accessible down where I sleep.....

I have recently been playing Salt Water by Chicane as I go to sleep. I love the syncopation of this song, and feel that it just has a life all of its own. It’s a trance song, so the beat is quite repetitive and very soothing once you have got used to the tempo. It also has so many sound effects and production elements which I like to listen out for (I never just play a song in the background, I always like to listen to it in depth).

I agree with this one; it sounds like it has binaural beats.

Many years ago, I loved listening to the music on the "Hearts of Space" radio program. Later on, my husband and I always went to sleep to Steven Halpern’s "Crystal Suite."
