* Relax your attention down from your head mind into long, slow breathing.
* Place one hand or a finger on your heart center and keep breathing and letting go.

I particularly like the practice of taking in the pain and transforming it within and then out.
I have some questions, and they are for the purpose of understanding.
the initial breathing practice takes the breath first to below the navel.
in energy body that is the sacral.
or did you mean just at the navel chakra itself?
is this a particular activation of the sacral or navel during the inner heart opening practice? what is the reason or intention for this?
also, can we distinguish between inner and outer heart here? and how I would know if I were accessing or practicing love with either?
I will practice these anyhow, reading the process alone already activated the heart chakra for me. so my intuition is in agreement and loves the mindful/heartful transformation of pain to love within the practice.
this is beautiful thank you.
and also, any answers if, would be nice.
I'm a curious kind and like to understand deeper what often my intuition presents to me.
