Hit the ceiling
dreamt I went out of my body and hit the ceiling with the back of my head and looked down at people moving around on the floor, watching them. Then woke up. Felt just as tired as I felt before I went to bed.

This happened to myself years ago. We usually hit the ceiling if fear comes into the mind..maybe better to practice lucid dreaming when your not so tired..
