Headaches and Psychic ability?
I recently discovered I am highly sensitive, possibly even an empath. I've noticed that when I'm on the verge of having some kind of big breakthrough I get these sort of tension headaches, like my head is being "squeezed," or "pressed." Once I do some psychic shielding or figure out what my spirit guides are trying to tell me the headache usually goes away pretty quickly. Has anyone else had this experience?

This has been happening to me..as a matter of fact of lot of things has been occurring. At first I thought it was not eating but I eat every few hours.
About 30 mins ago, I was experiencing the headaches and i said in my head "if someone is trying to reach me..giving me a headache isn't the way to do it. Please find another way. I will try to meditate tonight." the headache went away.
coincidence? i dont know but i typed headaches in search and i found your post.
