Crystals for a Good Night's Rest
I was stressed yesterday about something that's going on in my life right now and I felt I wasn't going to get a good night's rest because of it.
I decided to go for a Avalonite to help me sleep well and I put it in my pillow.
(Yes, IN my pillow as I have a special pillow for people with neck issues and it has a hole in the middle where your ear rests.
I put the Avalonite in that hole in the middle :) I figured that would be better than under the pillow as then the foam is in between you and the crystal, disturbing the energy. Plus, its a pre-shaped pillow, expensive, and I don't want it damaged/dented.)
Anywho... I slept like a baby!!! I couldn't believe it! I slept through all 3 alarms I always set and woke up at 11.00 hihi.
Feel free to add other crystals you have good experience with!

Howlite. Hands down the most sleep inducing stone I have worked with. Nothing else come close. I easily sleep 10 hours with it and I have easier time recalling dreams.

For me it's Amethyst. I have a huge chunk by my bedside and I have had no nightmares since as well.
