[Unseeking Seeker]

Let there be ... no denial!

Born of spirit limitless
Consciousness boundless
Confined in this body
Having a vibration shoddy
The body, the ego
Reluctant to forgo
Its narrow domain
Terms our true-self as inane
Throwing a web of illusion
Resulting in delusion
If we choose to believe ...
As real, the illusion that deceives
Doing so, we deny our true-self
Our pristine magnificence!
Although we are repeatedly told
That as several times foretold
We are in reality boundless as of ‘He’
And not egoic-self gross & narrow ‘we’
Yet when we hear someone this truth shout
We are strangely caught in egoic self-doubt
That if ‘I’ have not myself ‘seen’
How can he? ... that has-been! :)

Epilogue

What is maya but the game
We choose to play, being insane
Searching for the divine light
Shining always bright
In the dark external
When it resides in the internal ...
Within
Cognizable

In stillness

Awareness in stillness

Pure awareness
Unattached to form
Just IS
As it IS
Complete
But since the awareness wishes
Choicelessly wishes
To engage in movement
It does
Creating matter
And energising it
With a part of itself
Without reducing itself
Or being affected by matter
Though in it, with it
And so
Matter ...
Or consciousness
Thus energised
By awareness
Yawns
Stirs
Stretches
Awakens
And becomes itself ...
Awareness
There then being no difference
No separateness
Between the awareness
That brought this awareness
Into being
And ITSELF

The human form
Of consciousness
Is the latent awareness
Having already yawned
Already stirred
And now awakening
Within form
To become awareness
Pure awareness
Without form
The body
An instrument magnificent
Enigmatically magnificent
Within which
Consciousness detects
Grid lines that connect ...
The entire body itself ...
Completely
Each grid line
Having nodes
These nodes are then occupied
Energised
By awareness
Making them conscious
Just as awareness
Once made consciousness awareness
And so
Each node is now consciousness
Enabling awareness
To be joyous in movement
Of the node consciousness
Born
Energised
And awakening
Within it
Later to be distinct though unified
To itself become awareness
As is ALL

These grid lines
All interconnected
Across the body
Of which the spine to head chakras ...
Are but one
A prominent one but nevertheless ...
One of several grids
Each continuum of the grid
Whether at the node or without
Being alive & aware
So as such
Everything being awareness
In entirety
Yet ...
The magnification of awareness
At the nodes
Which are consciousnesses
Dormant and now created, born
Or say energised
Awaken
And thereby enable
The totality of consciousness
Within form awakening
And experiencing awakening
In conjunction within
Nodes awakening
In unison
As a symphony
Of the formless movement
Of awareness itself
Are connected at all continuums
Of the entirety of awareness
Boundlessly
Within form
Without form
As the one awareness
That IS

Measure of stillness

Qualitative
And quantitative
Self appraisal
Humorously casual
Of our stillness quotient
Moment to moment ...

First the qualitative
The depth meditative
Thoughts & body still
By non-self will
Imbibing the love energy
Of current divine in synergy
Is uplifting
Consciousness enhancing
And yet but the beginning
Of our journey enlightening
Then going in deeper
The ascension steeper
Requires dissolution
Total annihilation
Of the self, voluntarily
Choice made choicelessly
Being, becoming, in oneness
The That Awareness

Next, the quantitative
A matter contemplative
Being the response time taken
By our consciousness when shaken
To return to equilibrium
From egoism fearsome
When the external
Stirs the internal
The ripples disturbing our calm
Are cause for observational alarm
In that our reflex response
Imagined to be divine ensconced
Is fragile
From anxiety to smile
The time we take
To forsake
Narrowness & contraction
Back to Oneness & expansion
Is the quantitative scale
Of the way on earth we sail

Non-duality

On first glance
We ...
Meaning our consciousness
In its unconscious form
Knows only duality
Separateness
Ego
This knowing
Of duality
Is the truth
For unevolved consciousness
For, on the surface
That is what
Is cognised
By it

When dormant consciousness
Chooses to explore the internal
Voluntarily
After self realising
After fully engaging in duality
In the domain external
Which is natural
Since senses are outwards
And so self-realising
Recognising
Accepting
Fully
The futility
Of finding enduring happiness
In the duality
Which is all
That the ego offers
It voluntarily shifts attention
Inwards
By employing
Free will

The method
Is simple
Evident
Clear
Requiring elimination
Shifting of attention
From all that is externalised
Meaning thereby
Attachments
Its fears & desires
Self serving thought
It’s corresponding emotions
And actions
Which was the illusionary all
Which is why
The attention shift
By unawakened consciousness
Needs to be
Voluntary
To be enduring

And so
There being no way
No designated path
Since each consciousness
Has had different experiences
Stored in memory
Recalled often
Forming patterns
Grooves of habit
Addictive
And desires having momentum
Gained over time
Of Frankenstein proportions
Yet
The way is simple
And to be walked alone
With divine assistance
Not by doing
But in non-doing
Simply erasing
Negativity

The toxins reduced
Attention to ego reduced
What remains ...
Let us call it
For the sake of convenience
And also logically
Since the self as we knew it
Is not, since ego is not
What remains is ...
Non-self
A non-doer
Internalised
Although what is internal
Eternal
Is as yet unknown
To consciousness
Now more attentive to
Non-self

And so
Non-self
Being silence
Stillness
Just is
Attentive without effort
Focused without strain
Since there is no doer
Who may apply
Effort or feel strain
In these unchartered waters
If patience holds true
Having voluntarily chosen
To explore the internal
Then the voids within fill
With divine energy
Automatically
Drawn in by the magnetism
Which always was
But now active
By virtue of negativity erased
The dirt removed
From consciousness

Ecstatic & aglow
One with the flow
Consciousness ascends
But then again descends
When ego
Reels it back in
And in this way
The pendulum swings
Left to right
Right to left
Slowly but surely
Oscillations slowing
Centring
In time

Onwards
Or rather, deeper within
The divine love attribute
Is embraced
Imbibed
Assimilated
Then
In timeless time
Duality converges
Into singularity
Oneness
Which we see
Which we become
Which we always were
In timeless time

This is the journey
From duality
To non-duality
For the dormant consciousness
Now conscious, self-aware
Having seen
Cognised
Known
Oneness
Non-duality
In stillness

Aligned in synchronicity within
The silent, ecstatic humming
All nodes in a rhythmic dance
Is the unhurried joyous stance

Of awakened stillness

Will surrendered acceptance
Furrow free countenance
The mode of non-doer doing
Is wondrously engaging
Without seeking anticipated outcomes
Is how the unhurried orientation becomes
In all moments zestful
Spontaneous & magical
In free flowing be-ness
One with the oneness
Nonjudgmental love magnification
In inexplicable perennial elation
Reflects the way of moving
Of the non-doer doing
Indiscriminately dispersing joy & happiness
In a continuum of vibrant, centred stillness

Instant cognition
Of the entirety
Defying delineation
By the i-dentity

The seeming paradox
Is imaginary
Bemusing the wily fox
Addicted to imagery

The subtle dimension
Is indivisible
Its rendition
Impossible

Expansion of consciousness
Cognising oneness & unity
Of the That awareness
Is beyond grasp of feeble intellectuality

So awareness just silently observes
Indulgence of he who once knew but forgot
And though it wishes to embrace & serve
For the moment, it cannot

Such is the path of our pathless sojourn
All we need to do is to undo, to erase
Egoic negativity, yet strangely we choose to burn
Man’s self inflicted pain never ceases to amaze

The instruments that are meant to serve
By paying them over attention
Have been pampered more than they deserve
Even in obituaries only they are mentioned!

This mayic illusion
Denying our wellness, completeness
We may instantly end the confusion
By humbly meditating in stillness

To be one with the oneness
As always, with divine assistance
