Thanks Kris. Attention to detail is something I am working on, so I have revised the sentence.

That's interesting. Now that you point it out, curb is correct, but curve to me also sounds correct in context. What do you think?

I liked the way you worded it before.

As for curve vs. curb, both make sense. Curve says you want to stay on your path without being distracted or deviating from your path.
Curb would say you want to restrain your ego. Choose your pick.

I have seen karma in action. They say it is better to pray behind your enemies back. It also gives you peace of mind knowing you did the best you could for an individual.

My personal experience was when I got sick after getting terminated for going to a family gathering. After I got terminated I got sick (deep mental illness). Later on, the one who decided to fire me for going awol lost their business. I however learned to forgive everyone. I was seeking help I just didn't know how to reach out. It took time cause we are human and dealing with emotions can be very hard at times. She was overall a very good person, so I forgave her.

This family gathering was special to me-still is. They shared stories on life and later passed away. I would have never have known certain things from this experience.

It was all round tough lesson to learn.

If I see a bike being stolen.
Then, I see the kid's own bike being stolen..I have a choice or just an immediate reaction...good or bad, I dunno:
I can laugh or I can not care, I guess.
I have had immediate karma all my freaking life! Sometimes within hours!
I've certainly learned MY lessons.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

With regards the very original post (that was quite long ago). I would say a flat out NO. This is the very thing we should avoid.

It is intent that is the very thing that ego is all about. I would consider it spiteful, and taking pleasure in discomfort. It is not a good route to take. It is almost like revenge.

I always do an instant karma spell on people hurting me and on myself (if I see myself struggling to understand the other side). I do it to help people evolve. But it surely feels good at times. Mostly because they tend to learn from it.

Kind regards,

CW
