One thing I remembered with my studies. The cardinal points and the elements. North = Air, South = Water, East = Fire and West = Earth
There are also characteristics of the cardinal points.

North = Spiritually, healing and learning. Intolerant(negative aspects)
South = Love, compassion, sexuality. Controlling
East = Divination, teaching, communication. Egotistical
West = Judgemental, grounding, balance. Greedy


So now I have the cardinal points, elements and their characteristics to help with my quest.

My takeaway? We are EACH eminently capable AND sovereignly responsible for using the inestimable gift of our own consciousness to accomplish the objective(s) you seek. In a nutshell, here is the gist:

For the record, there are technological means to jump timelines, but our information here deals with human consciousness, and how you, through the power of your own awareness and intention, can jump timelines. For this endeavor, you already possess two of the greatest treasures in your very own nature—your sovereign will (to make choices) and your capacity to feel. These two, when combined properly will allow you to jump timelines as you so desire, as co-creators of your reality rather than being mere pawns on a chessboard.

The Fundamental Principle

The fundamental principle, for jumping timelines, involves the coordination of a few significant fields of intentionality.

1) You identify the timeline you wish to move into.

2) You shift your vibrational state to match the timeline.

3) You lock in the vibrational state so it does not waver.

4) You take an action that is an expression of the new timeline.

5) Persevere.

BTW: Please ignore the dates you may see within these references. Why? Because EVERYTHING IS NOW.

If you consider manifestation as CHANGING YOUR LIFE by CHANGING YOUR OWN TIMELINE(S), then emphatically YES!

....such IS the gift of our creative power freely available for the using.

Example, when learning how to hammer a nail into a piece of wood, the only thing that is really important when applying someone else's instructions....is doing it correctly YOUR way (cause it's your effort that does it....not the instructor's).

The "right" technique? "Nail it" YOUR WAY!
