If you have no soul, what continues after life ends. And I know you might say life is an illusion and once I see past the delusion I will see that, I am. What else is there?
I have some awareness of Buddhism, the four noble truths, the ten-fold path, the nature of suffering and the way to awaken through the enlightening of the mind, I get it.
I once belonged to a Shambala community because I wanted to work on my meditation techniques... proper breathing, sitting, and so on.
Although as a Christian in spirit ( unaffiliated with any church at this time) I like to use a mantra, flowing with the breath.
I don't think I can stop thinking, but one can quiet the mind a great deal.

You don't seem to believe in anything other than now... that's interesting. I'm into now too.

Check out Aurora, she believes we don't have a soul too, but rather that there is just one soul.
