Exclamation I have been lacto ovo vegetarian for while, trying to go vegan.

Reason why I stopped eating meat is because I believe every living being has soul. This is why I dont want to consume flesh of another sentient being. Of course, ethics and smaller carbon footprint are other reasons for stopping eating meat.

Why try to be a vegan? Lacto-ovo veg is a fine place.

A good replacement for eggs is avocado, as they are filling and nutritious.
For cheese, nutritional yeast is good.
There are many other options.

I found the transition to be formidable, at first. Though, many who came before you have already done the heavy lifting. As of 2019. The marketplace is now filled with selections. Most I would not consider the "healthiest" of selections. Yet, you will find what can work for you. It is now quite easy to transition to this diet.

Many mystics and saints were vegan, such as Rumi. (Just for motivational purposes).
I wish you good luck at whatever pace you are able to do it.

Do avocados contain protein, B vitamins and cholesterol?

Yes.

Many were vegan as well. Certain disciples of Jesus, for example, were said to live on bread and olives.

I can only find that there's about 2g of protein in one avocado, which is almost nothing. No B vitamins and cholesterol.

That will lead to malnourishment.

Some can live without consuming any food at all. Such as how plants live. Like I often say, nothing is impossible.
Souls vary in degrees to the acclimation of diets, depending on where their vibration is at.

Yeast is meat almost, so don't eat too much of them because it acidifies the body.

The body is subject to the laws of this world. People can avoid health for a while. Some people smoke for decades, no issues, others drink every day. Others completely avoid animal food, or only eat bread and olives. But eventually reality catches up with them.
