Can one reincarnate from any heaven?
If one were to only address the Title....I would say ..."Why would someone want to?''...unless
it was in their heart to come back to help; ie, teachers and guides and masters.

Maitreya is the consciousness of the galaxy.
In regards of the original question:
Can one reincarnate from any heaven?
Even so I can not see such thing as a traditional "heaven"
I say, any entity or being from any density has the ability to incarnate on this level. It has to be said, the processes to do this will vary.
