Hello Ayar,

Every time I wake up or come out from a meditation, I am surprised to come back in this physical body called Antoine. Like said the OP, I do not know what day it is, if its day or night, where I am, etc.. I find it important in that graceful 'moment' to simply observe this coming back as it allows us to discover or built our Psyche so that we can still be aware of the Absolute in our day to day where the five physical senses are also implied.

This Absolute during the day is always there, but then my identity is more in the heart, the Self, were this material world and the Absolute are integrated as One.

There is a deep Joy also in feeling the five senses from a still standpoint. Everything is new as I said before.

i played with it a little bit, 'out in the world' as deci belle said. not remembering reminded me of being born again, having to find a new way of having to relate to things (because I didn't much remember how I did it before)... It was very beautiful.
