What are all of the concepts, theories and ideas in spirituality and metaphysics?

I've heard about vibrations, 5D, 3D and 2D, frequencies shadow work, inner child, and chakras. What are some other concepts theories and ideas that people believe in and use when it comes to spirituality and metaphysics?

There's just about every nuance of concept from what I'd call dangerous (they can worsen a seeker's situation) to useful (leading to discovering Selfhood or enlightenment).

The internet is full of snake oil salespeople many of whom are ready to grab the wallets of the vulnerable and gullible but among the 'stalls' are a few excellent sources.

What you choose to follow or believe depends on why you're involved with 'spirituality'; what you hope to get from it. It's an important question - why are you here?

The forum index (particularly Spirituality and Beliefs) gives you a good idea of many concepts. Some may apply to you, some not. But what's discussed isn't exhaustive. You'll have to penetrate deeper with some, such as your various Ds and vibrations, deciding what you understand by the metaphors. This takes contemplation (which at root level isn't so far away from meditation but usually with a different intent in critical examination); and you'll have your chance to discuss things here.

I haven't encountered much on disciplinary practices, the training needed to maximise the value of some exercises or deep trance.

Here's a quote from another of our members:
Buddha said that we should question everything, even what he said, because taking things for granted or gospel is not the Path to Enlightenment.

And you'll need to question a lot to avoid being misled.

Good luck.

...in spirituality and metaphysics

"all the concepts"? Tall order!!!
Psychologists would probably claim 'Inner Child Work' as theirs!!!
I'll toss in my 2 cents:

Most things that are unseen with the physical eyes...and therefore can not be proven scientifically - that is, under a microscope.
That would include:
Your everyday intuition, premonitions, psychic abilities,
God, angels, spirit guides, messages from the Other Side, (ie, mediumship and channeling),
Ascended Masters, reincarnation, praying, meditation, all sorts of healing,
Practicing the Presence, clairvoyance, visions, NDEs,
manifesting or LOA - Law of Attraction, astral projection and lucid dreaming, kundalini, et cetera.
All of these could be researched....and many are left out.
Lots of fun - enough for a lifetime. Hope that helps.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

They are simply different ways of looking at the same thing.
Some have red colored glasses, some green others blue, and others are blindfolded.
In the end it does not matter at all. It's what you do with it that matters.
