"She's dead"

A child dreamt that it was shown a red fabric sack and when opened found my head in it with eyes open and someone said "She's dead", which was when the child woke up.

What could this dream mean?

No, never. The father has it all worked out with limiting access on the cellphone (only child version of you tube, only him giving allowance to what games are downloaded, he checks everything, the child can't access things on the television either). I asked the child "Oh, God, where did that come from?" and it went "I dont know". Beats me.

Is a typical scene from a game or movie I don't know about? Do you know?

There was once even a kind of funny but kind of scary movie that the child could watch but as soon as it saw the cover it went "No, thanks". That does not exclude however the possibilty of a friend's cellphone etc so I can't be 100% sure it has not been exposed to something scary.

There are lots of movies that feature talking severed heads. I recently binged watched "Ugly Betty" and it featured the talking severed head of Bradford Mead in Betty's fridge as a hallucination scene after he died of a heart attack.
