First experience - need advice
I had my first experience.
I was asleep i dreamt that I had woken up and was in my old house and my parents were there.
I was able to notice the feeling of the carpet as I walked.
I also was wondering why I was out of bed.
The old TV was on and was just showing white noise. As I approached the magnetic field was too painful for my head so I chose to wake up.
I tried it again the same night but I was guided to visualize a metallic ball to which I transferred my energy into and I was able to go wherever I wanted.
Can anyone tell what sort of dreaming this was so I can research this further?

More a lucid dream as you can make decisions in the dream.. second dream letting you know there is higher wisdom guiding you..
