Toadstone or Bufonite, anyone?
Anyone have a toadstone?
It's on one of my Tarot cards so I Googled it. I have seen it in a series or movie, possibly Salem but not certain. That one coloured really bright when there was poison close.
Is that all just superstition or can it actually change colour a bit?
Google info:
The toadstone, also known as bufonite (from Latin bufo, "toad"), is a mythical stone or gem that was thought to be found in the head of a toad. It was supposed to be an antidote to poison and in this it is like batrachite, supposedly formed in the heads of frogs.

This sounds like the Harry Potter Bezoar stones which are actually real and found in the stomach of several herbivors.
