Must i be careful with salient angle crytal ?

I've heard people who aren't not enough experienced with crystals should be careful and avoid doing healing with crystals with salient angle like in pyramid form, or with a point form. Such salient angle could hurt the auric enveloppe if used by a beginner.
Is it true ?

No idea, never heard that. To me it sounds very much from the head, not from intuition, you know, black and white, linear, I believe what I can see, that sort of thing.
In my experience when you intuitively choose a crystal you're seldom wrong. So don't use your head, don't base a choice on descriptions of what it does etc. Choose from the heart & intuition, what calls you even if you don't know why (mostly you won't).
If you then read what it does you usually have an 'ahaaa!!!" moment, confirming your intuition was correct.
If a pyramid doesn't particularly call to you, don't buy one.
Pyramids are said to have very strong energies, but technically the pyramid should then have very specific and precise measurements. If memory serves, the EXACT same scale / measurements / angles as the Great Pyramid.
Allegedly foods stored under / in it will keep like forever. It also has an effect on the body.
But when you buy a pyramid crystal you won't sit in it as they're about 4 x 4 cms. And most aren't made according to the right scale.

Also, in Feng Shui they say that any angle directed at you is harmful. How far do you want to go? Light sockets also emit harmful energies, PCs, speakers, microwaves and so on are also very harmful.
Are you worried about that and live in a house without?

Just feel, if it doesn't sit well with you then don't go for such crystals.

I have some pyramid crystal, i like them for decoration and for the energy they radiate but i'm not sure about meditating with them or putting them on my body or my chakras for a long time because of the salient angles. Feng Shui is one sense says the same thing i read.

For now with the experience i have, and i'm quite a beginner, i feel it's best maybe to not try to heal with pyramid crystal. They can still be good for me in my environement or for decoration though.

Nothing wrong with meditating with a crystal, but why would you want to put it on a chakra?
I rarely do so myself. Holding a crystal to connect, also looking at it can help, is usually enough. And even that isn't necessary per say, having them in your environment also has an effect.
If you don't want to get sharp energy from a point or one of a pyramid's corners, set them in such a way that these aren't directed at you. I have a few pyramids, 3 approx. same size and a small one. I always put them in the same direction.
I've also been told that if you want to have a pyramid work properly, not only does it need to be the exact scale of the Great Pyramid but also places a certain way. I assume also the same as that pyramid, but not sure.

I'm not sure why you want to work with crystals at all if you feel so uncomfortable about it?
Maybe focus on developing other things before you go there, like grounding, shielding, working with chakras, connecting with your guardian angel, things like that so you feel stronger and more confident.
Maybe an intuitive development course and/or a working with crystals course?

Whatever you do, don't let the stuff you read on the net spook you. Be very selective on what you take in and what should be discarded.

Just a little out of topic.

When I first buy a piece of rose quartz (usually in earrings) I find it really powerful.
I feel at peace and really open-hearted. However, it notices that it 'drains' quite quickly.

So how do you cleanse your crystals?
My usual cleansing method is leaving them out and exposed to the full moonlight.
But I'm wondering if perhaps that lunar energy is not totally helpful.

Then again, sometimes I know that certain crystals can only hold or be cleansed so much. The clear quartz I previously mentioned is buried in the earth somewhere.
