Trust in God

I find myself deeply troubled a lot, I've come to see that being troubled is actually something beautiful and empowering, its okay to not be okay. Its better than okay in a way because a kind of wisdom and compassion flows through it, emerges from it. Sometimes feels like it crushes my soul to be this way, and God has shown me it doesnt have to be this way. The universe is conscious and intelligent.

Reincarnation scares the hell out of me but pain can be enduring.. complicated the universe is, it doesn’t have to be but many silver linings..

Hope you feel better!

I agree that it is okay to not be okay, but I am not sure if I would call being troubled "beautiful and empowering".

Being troubled is undoubtedly a learning process which may lead to wisdom and compassion. But being troubled is also an indicator that something within is out of balance. So we are guided to find that balance, the middle way.

For me what is beautiful and empowering is a mind which is still and a heart which is at peace. There is no need to be deeply troubled.

Peace

So you have no trust in God or the Universe or the way things have been set up? Wanna talk about it?

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Yes this is how to come to live with, transform, heal and learn from our 'troubles'. We learn to bring them into the light, gradually, slowly and realistically.
As for Reincarnation as someone has mentioned. I don't believe in it. I came to that conclusion a few moons ago now.

Yeah, the troubles are there, so naturally the thing to do is accept them and learn from them, let them be a catalyst for spiritual evolution. Reincarnation, I get the sense that this existence is deep and multifaceted beyond comprehension, so reincarnation will exist if thats what the soul chooses. I don't know if I even believe in incarnation, maybe this whole thing just is and has always been.

My capacity to make mistakes and the consequences that come from them, can be scary when I think about them. I do learn a lot from them and would hope I can carry the teachings to the next lifetime. I have made mistakes repeatedly in the past, that can happen too. Something I appreciate is that I have a desire to help others not make these kinds of mistakes. Every ailment has a remedy, and going through the ailment pushes you to find the cure and this gives you some kind of wisdom to share, I appreciate that. The greatest gift is the ability to give, so whatever way in which these gifts emerge is always deeply appreciated.

I relate to this thought a lot and agree with it. I to find I am often troubled by what I see as well and that is ok imo. It is ok to see and know some things are not ok. We are here to learn and we are here to observe, not ignore what one observes. I am not that aloft nor would I wish to be. To see. I have found it is ok not to be ok with what is seen if valid. Wisdom. I love when you say it does not have to be any way and so learn we create our own reality.

Yes I agree with you. Lots of ways to experience and interpret reality including a belief in reincarnation.
