I hope you will have a lovely Christmas with your father. Cherish what you have. Fear hurts and love hurts. I had a large family once, parents and five siblings. My siblings are married and have their own families. My parents died and it still hurts. After my parents, the squabbling over property, jewelry and money. I left them to it, and we have little contact. After my mum, I decided never to have children as I would not want anyone else to grieve and live fear as I did. This was further reinforced after my Dad passed away. Large families don't always mean happiness. I was always fearful of losing my parents, it hurts forever. In my experience families are complex and bring a sense of separation and a risk of betrayal. Spending time in nature and finding your voice is important. We have to find and make happiness within ourselves.

spend some time with nature. go to lovely places and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the place. why be obsessed about your family ? Every single human being and tree is your extended family.
