Kralaro,
Yes, I am doing that but when I click the 'New Posts' button again it still gives me the error. When you say, "the "New Posts" button gives 4 options: Previous Visit/Day/Week/Month," I don't see those on my laptop but on my handheld device I do. I figured it was only for mobile use but is it also suppose to display on computers?

Hello Emerald Imber ,
Sometimes the New Posts works for me, sometimes it doesn't. I recall with some other issues, people have said things work differently depending on whether you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox, or some other one. I think the majority said things work better if you use Firefox.

Latest version of Firefox should most probably solve your problem (as I'm using that and facing no problem with this website). Internet Explorer (especially its older versions) is a problematic browser for other websites too.

Thank you all who tried to help!
Yes, I was on Internet Explorer to begin with but Fire Fox is definitely so much better! The 'New Posts' is working now.
Thank you again!

When will the forum serves stop being busy and help this glitch out?

Agreed. It's a nuisance having to wait for the server from being busy.

Hello All
The other option is one some of us that are "old timers" on SF have face that is no SF at all. I would rather have a busy signal than a dead signal......

I've been having trouble just getting into the site today, nevermind not getting to post.
Personally, considering that I log into and use this site even more than FB, I would be willing to pay a subscription fee to help y'all get either a dedicated server, or the next higher level to avoid the busy server problem. For large sites such as this one, asking even just some of the regulars to subscribe is common. (A political site where I'm a longtime member has done this for many years, and quite successfully.)
Also consider that while us "regulars" are willing to wait, newcomers may not be so willing, and will go elsewhere because the system can't handle the influx.
If detailing how much it would cost per month can't be done (such as for privacy reasons) then perhaps make that cost known only when people click the donate button
Again, I would be more than willing to subscribe to this site because I use it so much
