Damiana anyone tried it?

Has anyone tried damiana? I have been using it as a hebal tea I bought at a store last week. It is relaxing.

Yes, I have used it mixed with potpourri in a simmering pot and mixed in incense, love its effect.

the first time I tried it my lips and moth went numb then followed by the rest of me. Its a great way to chill out in the night but I wake up in the morning at like 3 am for some reason. it happened a few times.

You know I can understand that, for me it seems anything that make me relax nicely tends to rebound on me in an opposite way, like waking up in the middle of the night as you...hmmmm
