Shadow Work Thread
Hi there!
I want to invite and encourage you to do the shadow work with ma and maybe help each other with that.
I woke up and wrote to someone words I wanted to write yesterday. Today morning was really chilly, without heavy emotions, just morning, birds, clouds and my presence, I don't remember when I felt like that. And after writing those words - puff immediately all kind of fears appeared and now I think - how?... In one moment there is calmness and just second after I wrote truth but that shows me from vulnerable side to someone all my demons woke up. Isn't it weird?
So today I will focus on trying to find what those demons of this mixed hard feelings want to show me...
