Behaviours, reactions causing you trouble
Your inner world invested opens to it all
What lingers and stays
Causing you to fall

Is simply the relationship, you hold as you
Deep inside these reflections build the view

Of what you are, of what you are not
Take nothing as personal
Look to undo your knots

If you consistently control
What you want, how it should be
You’ll never encounter
The place you are free

Free of all suffering
That cannot be drawn
By the lines and the barriers
You choose to form

All lines, all barriers drawing conclusions out there
Cannot teach you the hidden
Where you wish to repair

Every where your looking
Everywhere you are
Everywhere you feel reaction
Control what stares
You as everything
Miss vital missing links

Where all life inside you
seeks life to give life too
Those places you think
Think are not wanted
Think you cannot bare
Taking it personal
telling yourself
‘I don’t care’

It’s not what I wanted
It’s not what I need

But here lays the place
Of rich welcome seeds

So take nothing as personal
Stop controlling what shows you

How long you’ve been contained
Blocking your own life giving view ...

Your heart is greater
When you speak so near
To the heart of your being
There is nothing to fear

If your heart cannot speak
Your simply afraid
To let all of you be seen
To let all of you be laid

Laid out and witnessed
By the governing hands
The mind ignoring
It’s life long plan

When your heart no longer
Denies what it feels
Tries not to see
Tries not to steal

Your heart won’t allow
This tearing and pull
Away from itself
A heart felt full

When life grants you
A second chance
To breathe deep
To feel what you feel
To break down and weep

Life has granted you, this moment
To never go back
To the ways of the old
It will keep you on track

Old ways controlling
Blaming, impatience
Disrespect
Can never be swallowed
Trapped in your chest

Old ways go further
They meld deep inside
Triggering affects
Where the body never lies

It will scream at you
In all directions
It will show you in time
Your hearts second chance
Can bridge the sublime

Heart felt dies to love
Heart felt resurrects
From an old battered wound
Where the heart builds respect

For its wounds, it’s closure
It’s battles alive
For the love, for the healing
Of a heart in divide

A heart full of love
Full of life
Rests aware
In the fullness
Of heart space

In the fullness of repair..

Energised, mesmerised
Dancing in the dark?
Do you feel your sparks?
Your energy channels
Your design
Is it fully aligned?
Or is the slow death upon you
Where life given
Never received ?
Where life chosen
Has never planted its own seeds?
You have to grieve
You cannot give
But to you
Do you see?
In the diversions
Distractions
Into others
You sought
To find you
Meeting them all
As a catalyst
To fall and know you
Not as a half hearted
Disconnected
‘Who am I?’
But as the ‘I am’ who knows
Feels and sees themselves
Always leading the way
Fully alive
Planting seeds of
Life
Not a slow degradation
Where the
Candle in the wind
Blows freely
But never burns for you..
